This knife is so versatile in shape, weight and edge that it can be used for mincing and chopping herbs, vegetables and fruit as well as for preparing fish and meat. The sharp blade allows anything from regular to wafer-thin cuts.
Additional features: The essential piece is non-forged and triple-riveted to its handle for durability, and tempered to 56 degrees Rockwell.

I had purchase this knife
I had purchase this knife several months ago. The one I purchased was showing cracks in the blade and Wustoff warrantied my knife. So now I have a new one.

Super lightweight, fragile
I bought a whole set of gourmet knives with block and after receiving it, realized they were too lightweight and cheap feeling. I kept this one knife just to try and the blade already has flaws in it from light use. Definitely would not recommend any of the gourmet series.

Nice but light
The knife is nice and better than most. It could be heavier.
Also, it seems that the blade sharpness is not consistent along the edge.
