While Trish’s brushes have gone downhill in quality over the last five years, this set is a new low. The brushes are in my opinion sparse. they are not densely packed, and I suspect they will shed easily. The handles are a very cheap plastic. I cannot recommend this at all. I am returning it. Buying individual Trish brushes is better. The individual brushes tend to be superior quality to these so called value sets. That said if you’re looking for good brushes, Victoria Beckham, hourglass, Westman atelier, and Chanell all make far better products in a similar price range.

The array of brushes looked too good to be true. The plastic handles are slippery and feel cheap. I also cannot unzip the plastic zipper. I have some of her brushes from 24 years ago. The quality of this set seems flimsy and cheap. I’m going to return these brushes. I was looking forward to these new brushes but they slip out of my hands when I try to hold them too.

I have an old Trish brush collection that needs a few replacement brushes, so I had high hopes for this year’s collection. Only a few of the brushes seem useable, as the remainder seem more specialized (maybe for influencers? Which I’m not). And as I noted in the makeup kit, the case is super cheap and not something I would normally associate with the Trish brand. Sadly, this will be returned.

This Cocoa Brown brush case is beautiful, while I do agree the zipper sticks, over time it will glide easier. I love the texture of the faux crock. Now to the brushes, so soft and they do work very well at all the different application needs I tried. The 62 fan for applying highlighter, the Classic Foundation so soft, it disperses Trishes cream foundation, I forgot how much I like this kind of brush; the mini powder, perfect for brushing away your bake; 50 angled lining, it gives a crisp wing at the end of my eye And I use it for lip liner; 54 VA VA Voom to smudge the cream liner under my lower lash line; Dual ended for cream concealer and the other ended for cream/powder blush and to top it off I really love the fluffy foundation brush, which I use for Trishes powder foundation or her white powder. Oh I also love the gold accent on the zipper pulls. Ladies I hope you all are able to get this brush set!

I’ve been a longtime fan of Trish McEvoy products, consistently impressed by their quality and performance. However, I recently purchased a set of Trish McEvoy brushes, and I have to say, I’m quite disappointed this time around. For nearly $200, I expected brushes that deliver superior quality, but unfortunately, these brushes have not met my expectations. One of the most frustrating issues I’ve encountered is the bristles shedding during application. I'm left with stray bristles on my face, which not only detracts from the overall makeup experience but also makes it feel less professional. While I adore Trish McEvoy's other products, this brush set falls short of the high standard I know the brand upholds. It’s disheartening to have invested in something that doesn’t deliver the quality I’ve come to expect. I truly hope that the brand can address these issues because I believe they have the potential to create excellent tools that complement their fantastic makeup line. Overall, while I still love Trish McEvoy products, I cannot recommend these brushes based on my experience. I hope to see improvements in the future!
