What it is: A fragrant, restorative bath soak perfect for taking the edge off stress during turbulent times and helping to relax the neck and shoulders.

What it does: It's formulated with premium Epsom and Himalayan salts plus an array of botanicals including valerian, passionflower and chia seed oil. It also contains essential oils of frankincense, myrrh and sandalwood.

How to use: Add one cup of bath soak to warm, running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Drink water before, during and after the bath. Rinse then wrap yourself in towels or a robe and feel better.
