What it is: A fragrant, restorative bath soak perfect for fighting off misery when you're under the weather and helping you get a good night's sleep.

What it does: It's made with premium Epsom salt and baking soda plus an array of botanicals, including mustard, mulberry and chrysanthemum. Essential oils of eucalyptus, lavender and tea tree help fragrance the product.

How to use: Apply one cup of bath soak to warm, running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Drink water before, during and after the bath. Rinse and wrap yourself in towels or a robe and get back into bed.
