Good Legs High Waist Crop Skinny Jeans

Love these pants! After purchasing my first pair of Good Americans when they first came out, they are the only jeans I will buy/ wear. They are so form flattering and comfortable. As someone who study’s fashion design, I am very impressed with Good American’s textile construction. I swear the denim material is like magic. This white and blue stripped pant will be great for spring and summer! Size down in these for a good fit that is slimming while still accenting curves.

Very cute jeans but with less stretch than I expected. The fabric content is 99% cotton and 1% elastane. As Good American is designed for all shapes, including curvy girls, I expected the same amount of elastane as in most other brands. Most jeans and jeggings I've purchased in the last 2-3 years have around 10% elastane, which makes them super comfortable and soft. The lack of stretch meant I had to pull a little harder to get them on and in position at my waist. Leg openings have no give and though I am fit, they felt a little tight around my calves. In addition, the 99% cotton fiber content means that they will shrink when washed, and I'm not a fan of line drying. I'm going to re-order these in the next larger size. I anticipate the waist will be a little big and might need alteration but the increased comfort and margin for shrinkage is important..
