Boyfriend Sweatshirt

I have tried SO many times to love Good American. I have succeed once or twice with jeans but I find the rest of their clothing to fit totally bizarrely. In this picture the length of the sweatshirt comes down and covers the models crotch almost entirely. I am 5'6, 180 pounds, typically wear a 12/14. I ordered this in a 4 to have it be oversized and this sweatshirt hits me at my natural waist. The arms are annoyingly long. It is the most oddly shaped sweatshirt I've ever had. This is not the first time Good American has fit like this. As much as I'd like to love this brand and wear the clothes they come out with I think I just have to resign myself to the fact that it won't be happening for me. This sweatshirt is oversized as stated in the description and the arms are extremely long!! I am a tall girl (5'11") so I do appreciate the longer sleeves, but man, I thought there was a defect due to how long they actually were. The pictures of the models (wearing a color) are accurate for this item! You can see how long the sleeves are and the fit of the sweater is pretty spot-on -the scrunched sleeves aren't an illusion lol. I'm between a size 12-14, so I ordered a size 3 (10-12) because I wanted a closer fit, but it's still a bit too roomy. I love the color (dusk) and I do like the quality of the sweater, but I don't think its necessarily worth $85. I'm sure there's other options out there that are comparable quality wise, I was just too lazy to look.
