Golden Hour Stripe Stretch Cotton Top & Pants Set

I’m torn because i think the colors in the blue set are cute but at the same time the pants are so ungodly long- who are they made for?!? At 5’3 these are atleast 6 inches too long on me. Folding over the waistband doesn’t work either and creates a weird shape. The material is comfy but i wish it were a little more light weight since it’s a summer set. Also I still can’t decide if this is socially appropriate to wear bc it kinda gives matching pj’s and not a put together set.
