PURESTAR Low Top Sneaker (Women)

I was on the fence about spending this much on sneakers but after trying many other brands that weren’t remotely comfortable, these were the winner. Took about 5-6 wears before the leather softened where the foot bends. I wasn’t sure they’d soften up, but they have and they’re amazing! Happy camper!

I normally wear size 5 shoes in sneakers in brand like Sketcher, Nike, or Saucony. So, I got size 35. Way too big. There is about 1 inch of space between my big toe and the front of the shoe. So, I exchanged them for a size 34, it should fit perfectly. But, size 34 is not smaller than size 35 at all. There is still 1 inch of space between my big toe and the front of the shoe. Another issue of these shoes is if you do not want to wear socks, then, the sole is stuck to your feet. The results is that it is very hard to take off the shoes. Too much work, and the soles came out with my feet. I wear most of my sneakers sockless, and never had any issues. So, it looks like that Golden Goose is not my cup of tea. I really tried.

These shoes hurt! I've purchased Golden Goose shoes before and they were incredibly comfortable... I liked these though because of how they were mostly white and didn't have that tarnished look. HOWEVER, they are uncomfortable. I find myself constantly trying to readjust them. They are super stiff. Disappointing given the price and the brand's reputation for being comfortable.
