What it is: A luxurious, lightweight oil that absorbs instantly to restore hair to its prime.
Who it's for: All hair types, especially dry or damaged hair. Safe for color- or keratin-treated hair.
What it does: Infused with a rich blend of jasmine, edelweiss flower, lychee, sandalwood, cassis, bergamot and argan extracts, each protective drop penetrates the hair to deeply condition, strengthen and smooth—imparting intense nourishment and incredible shine. Works wonders on dry, damaged and color-treated hair…liquid gold. The lightweight oil penetrates the hair shaft to restore, strengthen and condition damaged locks. It provides heat protection and reduces dry time while adding shine and silkiness to help detangle and reduce frizz.

It really works!
I got my hair colored for the first time in over five years with highlights all over and I thought they looked great. But the first time I washed my hair after I got it done, my hair felt different. I towel dried my hair and went to go brush it and I could not brush my hair at all. It was tangled and matted from root to tip. I was devastated. After my hair being healthy for so long, I instantly regretted getting my hair colored. I really have no idea what happened. I somehow went on the dry my hair and all the blonde parts looked like someone chewed them. I found a sample bottle of some Moroccan Oil and it helped my hair not look so fried, but then it looked oily and I still couldn’t brush it very well. This cycle went on for about three weeks until I couldn’t take it anymore. I remembered a local salon carried Oribe so I looked it up and saw this hair oil. After I purchased the product, I washed my hair, the towel dried it, and then I put about 5 drops in my hands and rubbed it all over. Then I took a few more drops and rubbed them into the concentrated highlights around my face that looked the worst. When I went to go brush my hair, I was able to finally brush out all of the knots without getting a headache. Then I dried my hair and my hair looked as if it didn’t have any damage at all. I was really so happy. I’ve now been using it for a few weeks and I’ve had almost zero knots in my hair both while wet and while dry. My hair is also very healthy looking and it doesn’t make my hair oily. Also, I think it smells really good! So if you are struggling with damaged hair, please try this out.

I love this product. I can't believe that i have lived without this nourishing hair oil my whole life until now. I have used every hair oil product on the market, now believe that I have found the perfect product. I have highlighted shoulder length hair and I wash every day and blow dry every day. This product has transformed my hair from dry to beautiful. I apply two droppers into my hand and rub my hands together and apply to the ends all the way around my hair. Within minutes, you can's see the product or any oil in the strands. It soaks into the hair. After drying my hair, it is shiny but not heavy nor oily. I've used other products that leave the oil in the hair after drying and you can actually feel and see the oil. Not with this product. It absorbs into the hair and leaves a light, bright, shiny, and soft result. Please don't ever stop making this product Oribe!!!

all that shine and beauty
I tried few drops at the store first to see if is too oily and it was not. My hair gets so frizzy under high level humidity and this oil makes a huge difference. I used it after drying it w my Dyson hair dryer a bit and then flat iron it w Dyson flat iron. Amazing results. This oil isn’t too oily and gives so much shine, and smoothness. No frizz. So worth it. I even added little more after flat iron and honestly my hair looks amazing still on second day, so soft and frizz free and no need to wash it next day. This is a must have product. On the side note, I use Olaplex shampoo and conditioner.

Oribe Gold Lush Hair Oil
This light oil smells good and doesn't weigh your hair down. It softens, conditions, and protects your hair while adding shine. Apply a small drop of it into your hands and rub hands together and then apply it to wet hair before heat styling. Apply it to dry hair to soften, smooth frizz, and to condition/nourish your hair. I have very dry hair so I apply it to my wet and dry hair. I took off one star for the price, but I do think this bottle will last you a very long time since you only need 1-2 drops of it each time.

Good for bleached/highlighted hair
I previously used Kerastase and honestly don’t see a difference. I will say, the more expensive oils seem to work better than your typical drug store brands. I didn’t notice any smell to it really. If you’re paying +$50 for hair oil, I don’t think the brands differ substantially. I only use it on the ends of my hair and to keep the highlights from looking too dry or damaged. Would be too heavy for fine hair to use throughout, in my opinion.
