almost perfect
I loved the size, it fit everything I needed for a 4 day trip! The color popped and I got lots of compliments. While I wish it had a few more compartments this worked if i was traveling with a little purse. My only and biggest downside is that the backpack straps were not comfortable at all. The gap between caused me immense shoulder/ neck pain. Since it was able to be filled so full it just made it hard to carry for as long as I was hoping to carry for. Fit underneath the seat even if it was packed though so that’s amazing!

Its ok ...
This is a good carry-on backpack for traveling. I do think it misses a few things. I wish there were maybe 1-2 pickets in the front or side/top of the bag for ease of items. The zippers get stuck and for this price - that shouldn't happen. There are better bags for this price. I got it on the sale price and I still think it's a bit overprice. I would get something else.
