Earbuds not working
Fresh out of the box, the right earbud did not work. I did a factory reset; the right bud now works but the left does not. Another factory reset and the left still doesn't work. The app is of no use.

Love my buds
Not only the color is super cute the headphone but are extremely convenient for quality. It has a long lasting playing time and they are easily to carry along with you. The downside is the charger you have to connect it to the seaport itself. You cannot just connect a charger to it if that makes sense. And pairing them can be a little challenging, but overall, I would repeat by.
