Upper: StealthFit knit sock hugs your foot in compressive support and moves naturally with your stride so you feel nothing but comfort. Flat laces provide a secure, dynamic fit.
Midsole Drop: 10mm, the most common and generally considered to be the ideal standard for running shoes. Classified as a high-drop measurement, it allows for more cushioning to absorb the impact of heel strikes.
Lower: DNA Tuned nitrogen-infused foam transitions from large, impact-absorbing cells in the heel to small, energy-responsive cells under the toe. I love this pair! Got the white and black.. it’s the only shoe that has been helping me and I’ve tried other brands.. please do not discontinue the stealthfit 22, we need more color options!!

Not at all like other Glycerins
I loved my last Glycerin 21s and 22s so I thought I'd try these. Not a fan. These don't feel very cushioned, they feel stiff. And trying to lace them snug to my feet made the material buckled and wavy since it doesn't have a tongue. Idon't wear narrow sizes but my feet are a bit narrow compared to length so that maybe why. Just not the fit for me. Will be returning.

The toe box is too narrow and not as much support as the regular glycerin shoes.

Worth the money
My first pair of proper running shoes and I’m blown away. I’m new at running and was able to run my first 5K in these shoes with no problem. Felt like running on a cloud, seriously! The big soles sometimes make balance an issue at first, but just takes some getting used to.

The Brooks Glycerin 22 shoe was recommended by my Orthopaedic Foot and ANkle physician. This pair is my fifth pair I've added, to match my wardrobe - which is a bonus!- plus therapeutic for my feet.
At my 'age',73, I need, want and cherish my feet!!! I have enough years to go; to race-walk; to play with grandkids; to dodge-and-weave my way through South Fla parking lots!

Perfect shoe!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a long-time Ghost fan, but last year I was having pain in the soles of my feet after long runs. The running shoe shop I go to suggested I try the Glycerin so I bought the StealthFit 21s. They were AMAZING out of the box. When it was time to replace them, I didn't like any of the colors for the StealthFit 22s, so I just bought the regular Glycerin thinking they had to be the same. They were awful. I returned them within 20 days. So I tried to go back to the Ghost. Even worse. Finally I got the StealthFit 22s in a color I didn't love, and of course they were perfect. I think the lack of tongue helps the shoe fit better. I really hope Brooks doesn't discontinue this model and add more fun colors because this is the only shoe that works for me now!

Very comfortable
Love the stealth fit, they are so comfortable and feel lightweight whilst running but also provide stability. The fit is so good I can wear and run in them without laces.
