Great and easy to incorporate product

Confused
I am done with first box. I am not seeing any signs. Not sure what effect I was supposed to have. The website is vague (intentionally or otherwise) about it. I bought it in a whim expecting it to impact my appetitive like a glp1. Not sure I sense any difference. I am lost. Should I buy more? How many months before I sense it worth it?
