Heaven sent.
OMG OMG - the woman behind my FAVORITE OG Stila lipgloss has DONE IT AGAIN!!!! This is literally the most universally flattering shade I've ever tried and is both NON-sticky AND NON-transfer. I put it on and took a sip of coffee -- no mark whatsoever. DREAM is aptly named :)

Nourishing
First time trying this brand. Never heard of Neen before until I saw a friend use it. Decided to give it a try. I’m very particular when it comes to lip products because I’ve tried so many. This product claiming to be “non-sticky” is a bit of overstatement. It has some tackiness to it given its gloss nature and consistency of the product. Color Bye is easy to wear and no gritty glitter chunks. It is creamy feeling when applying. You have to apply it pretty often every 1-2 hrs however. What I like most about this product is that it actually feels nourishing on the lips. Got it on sale; wouldn’t pay full price for it though.

Love a Good Non-Sticky Lip Gloss!
This lip gloss is hydrating and feels so lightweight - I love how pigmented these are too! Cannot wait to order in more shades! OBSESSED!

Love this gloss!
I'm so happy I can get these glosses at Nordstrom now. I tried the sample on my subscription card and have been waiting to get the full size! It isn't sticky and it goes with everything. Loving this new brand, Neen!
