Love the shoes and fit. Only downside is the customer service Nordstrom provides. I order these shoes for me to pick up in store and as always the staff is very young and inexperienced. Nordstrom does not train them in customer service whatsoever. The shoes arrived in a regular white box with no dust bags and no Givenchy box which is something that should be said in the description as maybe last size or so. Absolute downer for buying a designer item and receiving it in a plain white box. Not sure I will continue to buy designer from Nordstrom I rather take my business to store that do care about their customers like Saks.
