Gisele Faux Fur Trim Faux Leather Crop Jacket

For reference, I am a 34" band in bra size and normally wear a size small. I bought this jacket in size large and the one snap it has to hold it closed, won't stay closed at all because it is WAY too tight. No way to tailor this, either. It's plasticky fake leather and nowhere to let it out or add a hook to close it. The arms are ok, but if I bought a medium or small there would have been no way. It is a pity because the jacket is super cute. Sizing is just TOO far off to be anywhere close to wearable. If I went up a size, the arms would be too big. Poorly made item, and a shame because this brand makes really unique and pretty items that i would love to wear.
