Giorgio Armani Rouge d'Armani Lipstick

i love armani lipsticks. #402 is a perfect berry shade. if you are a fan of the bright berry lips for fall, this is it! armani lipsticks rock! they will forever be one of my favorites. the colors and the consistency. the one thing i do suggest, is that you do some research before ordering off of the color swatches. love!

This is the lipstick for you if what you are looking for is opaque, long lasting lipstick that you virtually never have to touch up. I put it on in the morning and it looks perfect all day long! I have tried them all and there is nothing this long wearing by any other brand. I do not like gloss or shine or sheer lipstick. This is a lipstick for those of us who are serious about a strong lip statement. I have pale skin and blue eyes and #400 is a beautiful, true, French red. #402 also looks divine on my coloring as it is a fuscia/plummy/rose color all in one. Really gorgeous!

I've searched for a long time for a perfect color of red for fair-skinned women, that enhanced, but didn't age. It just seems the reds with blue base made me look older. Who needs that! Some of the brighter reds were too orange and made me look like a hideous Go Go dancer from the 1960s. Then I found this shade #405 and it just works. I hope they keep it around forever because I plan to wear it for ages! The texture is great also and it glides on but isn't greasy. It does last somewhat alone. But... My best use for it is over L'Oreal's Infallible Lipstain (red). Rather than use their clear coat after applying the lipstain, I put Shade 405 on and together I have sexy red lips all day, even after eating, drinking, etc. I have used #405 on it's own also, as I keep an extra tube in my purse for touchups. Just LOVE THIS RED SHADE!!!!!

I own many lipsticks, this is by far the best formula I've found. I tend to go for bold colors, and absolutely love 400 and 410, which are both blue leaning reds. The formula is non drying and long wearing, which is really hard to find in one lipstick. It also doesn't feather or settle into lines, and is not slippery. I also love that it it not scented. Really great product!

this lipstick is simply the best. i started with 400 which is a gorgeous red, then i got 403 which is a dark, deep red. i have ordered two more and honestly want every one of them. i prefer to apply lipstick from the bullet and it is easy to do with this. it doesn't slide around and get messy like other (even more expensive) brands. the color lasts a really long time, even without lip liner or primer. I can put it on in the morning and know that i don't have to worry about it for most of the day. i have a problem with some lipstick getting sort of gunky on my inner lips, but not with armani. it has great color payoff and i forget i'm wearing it because it feels like nothing. armani is my go to brand for lip produts -i even buy these as gifts because everyone should be wearing this lipstick! for reference, i often have dry, peeling lips and with this on no one would ever know.

I would give Rouge d'Armani lipsticks five stars if not for the fact that this product is extremely heat sensitive. I have not read the other reviews, so I don't know how other women have fared -- all I can say is I bought one Rouge d'Armani and the lipstick bullet seemed to wobble upon use and smeared around the inside of the applicator. I have chalked it up to heat sensitivity, but it could well be that the bullet is not sturdily mounted onto the applicator. I bought a second Rouge d'Armani only to have the product smear and wobble. It would be the perfect lipstick if this did not happen! I bought Beige 102, which to me is the perfect neutral beige pink. It is nearly identical to my natural lip colour, but gives my lips a subtle boost of colour and creaminess. It is perfect for daily wear. The texture is smooth and fairly comfortable to wear, although I notice that it is ever so slightly tacky and sticky. I don't get a full eight hours of wear, but it does stay put well if one is not drinking or eating! I'm nervous about carrying this lipstick with me in my purse for fear that it will melt more or that the bullet will become more wobbly and precarious. That is a drawback...
