Beautiful!
I truly fell in love with this foundation. I have Armani luminous and love that as well, but this one, for me, is a bit more benneficial for with the added factor of sunscreen. Very light feeling on skin. I'm 40. I only mention my age because most people on YouTube are twenty something or are so botoxed up that you can slap dollar store sludge on them and it looks beautiful...lol.. So here's an honest review from an average 40 year old Mua with average wrinkles. Everything settles in lines and pores but, some products obviously way more then others. Estee lauder double wear use to be my go to for full coverage but, has the ability to dry out my face and look cakey even with a light hand or use of beauty blender. This foundation absolutely does not do that to me. It has a velvety feel, applies beautifully with brush sponge and even fingers. Very minimal settling. Lasted about 8 hours before it started fading in t-zone. Nothing a light touch up with powder couldn't fix. I have combination skin. Occasionally more dry in winter. It did not cling to dry patches because I always moisturize and prime skin. Always take in account everybody's skin is different, and what might be my hg might not work for you, but I do feel this will work for most skin types and textures. I did not take a flash back test yet so it might have some due to the sunscreen level. It is pricey so I always advice sampling first. Nordstrom is always very generous with samples and will even mail them to you for free if there's not a store near by:)

Hello! I received my order, and I was very disappointed that they sent me a foundation that had already expired 2 years ago !!! how is this possible????!!!

NO.MORE.SEARCHING..I.FOUND.IT
I've tried Cle de Peau full foundation($120), By Terry foundation, La Mer Foundation. This foundation $64 beats all of them! First layer medium coverage, 2nd full. Dusted LM powder and Chanel universal bronzer it was phenomenal! I got 4 (light with slight yellow undertone-winter) I'll be getting 6 for the summer. Ladies, this helped cover my freckles or age spot and dark circles. This is great for mature skin. Not drying at all!! Not heavy on the skin, looks natural and it doesn't cake at all!! Beautiful foundation. I'll be giving away my all foundations. Found my holy grail.

HG for Mature, Dry Skin with Dark Spots
I have mature, dry skin with melasma (dark spots & patches). It is extremely difficult to find a foundation that gives me full coverage without looking cakey or settling on my fine and not so fine lines. I've tried La Prairie, Cle de Peau, By Terry, Guerlain, Tom Ford, Chanel, Tarte, Urban Decay...etc. Armani Power Fabric beats them all (although Cle de Peau does come in as a close second).
What I like about Power Fabric is that it has a slightly satin finish. It's not totally matte, which is very forgiving for my dry/mature skin. Even though Clea de Peau gives me a tiny bit more coverage, its finish is so matte that my skin always looks dry and parched, hence making the foundation look cakey.
Power Fabric will give me full coverage with 2 thin layers. For people with severe melasma (very dark patches), you will still need a touch of concealer on top. It also helps to set your face with a non-drying powder like By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder. This will give you a very beautiful, almost flawless satin finish. I am very happy with this purchase, definitely two thumbs up for Armani Power Fabric!

New favorite foundation!
Just when you think Armani couldn't get any better, it so does! I have been a long time fan of the Luminous Silk foundation and was due to buy a new foundation when I saw that there was a new one out. I didn't even try any on in store, just bought it (I've grown to trust Armani's formulas and know how their colors work). I bought this in the shade 5, which is my luminous silk color and it was a perfect color match! This starts off as a medium coverage (1 pump) but it can definitely be built to full coverage (2 pumps) which is ideal for me because everyday is different for me. It is listed as a matte foundation but it is more of a natural matte so it looks like skin which is ideal for me because I love a natural look on my face (basically I want to look like I don't have makeup on). I wore this foundation from 6am to 11:30pm and it stayed on ALL DAY! Looked perfect at 6am and it looked perfect at 11:30pm. I did use the new Urban Decay smoothing primer under and I used my Laura Mercier finishing powder on top too. The description states that this can be used as a concealer by mixing it with your own concealer- so I used it alone under my eyes and it works better than the concealer I was using! Oh and if all this isn't enough- it has SPF 25 that did not clog my pores and still feels lightweight. All this makes it worth the 64$ in my opinion. I was crazy about the Marc Jacobs genius gel foundation, but this is my new favorite which will be hard to beat!

I have normal/dry skin. I used this product with Kate Somerville's Deep Tissue Repair and Trish McEvoy's beauty balm that is tinted, which provides me with a primer and moisturizer. I put one pump on the back of my hand and used a foundation brush. I added another pump to see the coverage. I initially applied this foundation with a beauty blender, which really sheered it out. When applying with the brush, I found this foundation really light and it made my skin soft. I applied LM powder to set it. I found that it did not have full coverage, I would say almost a medium coverage. I also found it does not have lasting power. It left my face looking drab and tired. The colors I tried were 7, 7.5, 8 and 9. I use Armani LS in #8 in the summer. This formula seems to run on the light side, all the colors I tried were too light, except the #9. Going from a #9 to #10, is a three to four shade jump. My skin tone is medium, with neutral undertones. This formula tends to lean toward pinkish undertones, as opposed to N or W colors. I can still see my pores, which are not large. In addition, the color oxidizes a bit. I did not think it was such a great foundation as to the colors, staying power or finish. I thought is was just average. If you are very young and have perfect skin, this would be fine, along with many other foundations. No HG status from my experience.
