Great Maestro brush!
Worth the price! This was my first foray into Japanese brushes and now I'm hooked! I use this brush to apply eyeshadow to the lid and crease. The brush also blends out eyeshadow above the crease so you won't have harsh edges to blend out. I simply blend out just a touch with a synthetic blending brush and I'm all set. The goat hair is very soft and gentle on my eyelids yet firm enough to lay down enough eyeshadow for good coverage. I washed the brush and had absolutely no shedding issues. I've been using this brush every day since I got it. I prefer it to all my traditional lay down eyeshadow brushes. This brush is about 1 1/2-2 inches shorter than my MAC 217. Personally I prefer short handle brushes but I wanted to mention that for comparison.
I'm very keen on purchasing more Maestro brushes!

Great for people who wear glasses
This brush makes it so easy to apply eyeshadow in a great shape. I have a quite high vision prescription, so being able to just dab the eyeshadow on using the shape of the brush has refined my eye looks, even though I can barely see what I am doing.
The brush is dense so there is excellent packing/color payoff, so it also allows for creating impactful monochromatic editorial looks with bright colors. Despite the density, the brush is also gentle and soft on the eye skin.
