How to use: For a natural makeup look, apply one layer of any eyeshadow shade to lids, using the applicator or your fingers for a soft wash of color. LIQUID EYE SHADOW DONE RIGHT.
Beautiful, intense, true to color finish. cooling effect when applied, there is time to blend and smoke out if you wish. The color is solid, no patchiness or streaks. Colors are very sophisticated with depth and dimension. I purchased Scarab. It is a deep teal, sea-green shade that does not lean blue. The color is opaque and there is micro shimmer which adds to the dimension of the color. The colors for all shades are exactly as you see in the bottle. I use Scarab mostly as a bold eyeliner, this color does not need help it is bold and beautiful just by itself! I also purchased Fusion. This is a true warm copper shade in the chrome finish. It appears as a "wet look" on the lid and does not crease. you can blend and then once it sets, it stays. I also purchased green iron. This is also in the chrome finish and is a very sophisticated color. It is a gold/olive with microshimmers and would enhance hazel eyes beautifully. It has great dimension and shine. NONE of these are frosty, they are what a liquid eye shadow should be: smooth, rich, easy to blend with dimension and color and a sleek finish that cannot be achieved with powder shadows.

What is it?
Oh my gosh, this is an awful product. I THOUGHT it was an eye shadow. It has a really weird applicator. Tried putting it on and nothing adhered to my eyes. One swipe, nothing. Swipe 2 a minuscule amount adhered. Swipe three, everything from swipe two came back off. So now I'm back to square one. Scraped along the inside of the bottle to try to really get some product on this weird applicator. Swipe four a little on one part of the eyelid, nothing on the rest. Okay, maybe you need to put this over eye shadow. Put on my regular shadow and tried again. It clumped on some parts of the eye shadow and looked like chalk but the rest of the places again there was nothing. Had to take off my makeup and start over. I normally don't return a product, even if I don't like it but this was such and awful product that Giorgio Armani needs to be held accountable. I returned it. Do not buy unless you want to be really frustrated and have $30 or so to throw away.

Please bring back the original formula and applicator. The new short applicator is harder to use and the new formula isn't as creamy and wonderful.

Will Buy Again When 23 Camel Smoke is Restocked
I LOVE this eyeshadow in 23 Camel Smoke, and apparently everyone else does, too, because it's sold out everywhere. So I purchased the 39 Brown Volcano, but it's way too dark and looked sort of Goth -- not a good look on me -- and I returned it. My only other complaint about this product is that there's really no way to use it all up -- there's always what seems to be quite a bit of eyeshadow left in the tube and you just can't get to it with the applicator. I'll buy it again when Camel Smoke is restocked.

Too shear not enough color
This is so sheer you can hardly see it. I tried two coats and still not a lot of color. I got color 9 and expected it too look like it does in the bottle. It's really just a sheer sparkle. It does not seem to go on evenly either. It's not worth the money for the amount of color you actually get. If you just want a light sparkle then this might be ok but not if you actually wanted color.
