Giorgio Armani Eye Quattro Eyeshadow Palette

I purchased this palette in Fame. I’m Nordic; blonde, blue eyed and fair. I think this is the prettiest palette I’ve ever used. It’s very soft looking and blends into a nice greige color. I’ve had two complete strangers say, “wow, your eyes are so blue” since I started using this. I didn’t realize they were cream, but I’ve learned how to apply it and I honestly prefer it to powder. I think it’s very nicely pigmented and it lasts until I take it off at night. No allergies on my sensitive eyes either. I love a dramatic eye but that can sometimes look harsh as we age, and this manages to stay soft looking while still being dramatic. I will purchase another as a backup.

When I saw GA Hollywood online, I had to try it even without finding pictures of models wearing looks from it. The colors are rich, pigmented and blend easily. The light, shimmer blue has a little fallout but not hard to clean up. I don't use this shade much anyway. The dark, navy blue at the bottom left is deep and wears well as an eyeliner all day. It was somewhat hard to tell if this was a deep blue or black since color descriptions lack next to their "ribbon" swatches and some blue palettes include black. I asked a helpful Nordstrom gal for her description of it over the phone. She clearly described all colors for me. My eyes are brown and my skin coloring is medium tan and it doesn't take a lot of building for color payoff. I LOVE this palette but am giving only 4 stars because of lack of models and color descriptions.
