Gingham Cotton Voile Button-Up Shirt

The pattern and color are really cute. The cut is long but narrow through the upper torso. I felt like it had a weird fit because while it was slightly a-line, the bust area was tighter and the shoulders were very wide, so there was extra material at the shoulders and upper back and then it got very tight. I though the sleeves were very loose and long (but I did size up due to the fact that my normal medium or large in store looked like they wouldn't fit.) So, basically it was weirdly small and way too big at the same time. I liked the feel of the soft, cotton voile fabric but the seams were really poorly sewn and very scratchy inside. But, even if it had fit, two of the buttons were not in line with the button holes and so when they were buttoned up, they created a weird bubble of fabric and a gap between them and the next button down. It just was not a good quality top.
