Pretty but
This hat was very pretty, but it was packaged in a small box and it curled up the brim re-shaping it. It made it looks small and almost costume-like. I had to return.

Great Hat...BUT
It was packaged improperly!!! The box was too small that caused the rim to be bented and ill- formed! This was disappointing especially knowing these brand of hats are well-made!

Package incorrectly
Hat was packaged and smashed into a small box. One side of the hat curled up.
