Full Size Small But Amazing
I normally weird a 36.5 in heels and a 37 in GR boots. I had to get these in a 37.5. However, once I found the right size they were perfect. Extremely comfortable and beautiful. I have high arches and wide feet, and wore them all day.

Definitely Runs Small
I am a perfect 39.5. Ordered my size and size up as indicated. The 40 still was too small as my heel hung over the back. If there was a 40.5, then it would fit perfect.
