terrible experience
The SAME wrong size was sent to me THREE times. I was assured I’d receive the correct size after receiving the wrong size the first time. Customer service failed miserably. I purchased them directly from Gucci….the are perfect and arrived in 2 business days.
Zero explanation for how three different stores failed to send size 13 rather than size 14. So frustrating. I never expected this from Nordstrom’s.
