Wrong item sent

The wrong item was sent TWICE! Instead of flip flops, sandals were sent, apparently a mix-up of stock numbers. Customer service was exceptional for both shipments, however. Both pair were returned. From examination of both pair (different sizes) the sizing seems unreliable.
