Indulgence 2-Piece Crystal Caviar Dish Set

We just ordered this from Nordstrom online and called back within 2 hours of placing the order to cancel. We were told that the "fast access" office could not cancel the order because it had already been transmitted to the vendor. Knowing Nordstrom's return policy, we were dismayed and surprised that there was only a one hour time period permitted for a shopper to cancel the order. This is quite different from other companies such as Amazon that use vendors and was thus quite disappointing. We will no longer order online from Nordstrom to send out gifts.

I ordered it and quickly realize that it was sold on sale ant an other department stores and so I tried to cancel my order, but it was too late. Less than an hour and a half had passed. I was very upset. Nordstrom didn’t even have the item. it had to be ordered from a vendor.
