Delivered Crumpled Wrinkled Mess
What has happened to Nordstrom? My silk pocket square was just delivered from Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo in a crumpled, wrinkled mess. No more attention to detail. No more product care. No more quality. No more customer service. All the qualities that used to make Nordstrom great. Over the holidays I tried to buy a Christmas gift card at the Fashion Island store. They only had Hanukkah gift cards left at that particular check out station. Instead of making a phone call or walking over to another location, they told me to take the Hanukkah gift card or find another sales person in a different part of the store. Whatever happened to Nordstrom customer service? I'm regularly an Icon or Ambassador shopper, but my patience is waning!
