True to size and soft
The fit works great, true to size. The sole cushion is thick enough to wear for a long time and feels comfortable. The strap works fine and seems to hold up. It does work for skinny narrow feel like mine. I am not a huge fan of the look though. It isn’t as elegant

Cute, but not durable.
These are cute, comfortable, and make your foot look slim. However, I had problems with them. The first pair I returned because the brown leather piece on the bed of the shoe came unglued after I walked across some wet grass. I took them back because they were brand new. Nordstroms was great, as always, and ordered me a second pair. The second pair had the strap problem that other reviewers mentioned. After I wore them about ten times, ANY stress on the strap caused the strap to come loose. The second pair also showed signs of the brown lining coming unglued. I really loved the shoe, but I'm not trying a third pair. Nice shoes but maybe not for frequent use.

Velcro strap doesn't stay strapped.
These sandals are so comfortable and stylish! The problem is that the velcro strap on one sandal would not stay closed. In other words, the sandal strap would pop open as I walked. This was quite frustrating as I bought these sandals to be my city walking shoes on a trip abroad this summer. I couldn't wear them.
I'm going to try one more pair to see if they hold better.

Velcro doesn’t hold
I love these shoes and they are so comfortable; however, the velcro doesn’t hold which leaves you with shoes that do not stay on your feet. Extremely frustrating experience wearing them!

Comfort, Compliments, Disappointed with quality
Purchased the yellow suede which are incredibly comfortable for all day wear and walking. They look amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments. BUT, the Velcro close lost its grip after about a dozen wears, and the foam from the heel beneath the insole began oozing out onto the insole. They’re now at the shoe shop being repaired, and I hope to be able to wear them a few more times this season. In all, my high hopes are fairly disappointed.

Comfy and stylish
I’m looking for a cork sandal with support for my plantar fasciitis. It was narrowed to 2 by Gentle Soul. I decided on the wedge as it’s a bit better for my foot, and I feel the white bottom was a tad too casual for my needs. Was tempted to keep both! I’m a standard 10M.

Cute but not durable
I was looking for a good, comfortable sandal for work. I immediately fell in love with these. I bought them but after a week the strap was not holding up. I went to exchange them and of course, Nordstrom did not give me any trouble. Unfortunately the second paid did the same thing as the first. So unfortunate since it was truly a comfortable cute sandal.
