Sandra Loafer (Women)

So happy to see Gentle Souls! I miss Munro and thought this brand might be an excellent replacement brand. I’ve worn this brand before and found them to be very comfortable without being clunky. This shoe is lovely and I really wanted it to work for me. In fact, hoping a different pair might fit differently, I purchased a second pair! Unfortunately, the toe box is just not roomy enough for my feet. I will return both pairs . Have now ordered a pair of Rothy’s, hoping they will work.

Ordered this shoe in Size 9, received two different sizes in the box… a 9 and a 9.5. Ok. It’s an error so I ordered another pair. Well, I received a very well used pair of shoes with all kinds of dirt, hair and lint stuck to the bottom and many scuff marks on the suede. The shoe was all bent out of shape as it had already molded to the feet of the customer who used it (quite a bit!) before returning it. Clearly a well used return that nobody bothered to check before it went back on the shelf and sent out to the next customer (me!). Zero quality control, zero respect to your customers. Very disappointing coming from Nordstrom. Both pairs will of course be returned.
