Dionne Pointed Toe Pump (Women)

At the recommendation of a sales representative, I purchased these pumps for a work convention (for walking and standing on hard floors). I have never seen shoes so poorly made. The shoe immediately scratches if it contacts any surface; they look like they have been worn for weeks when it was one evening. They are basically disposable shoes that are outrageously sold for nearly $200. I have been a loyal customer of Kenneth for years and am shocked on the quality of the product associated with your brand.u

Beautiful shoe, perfect for work. Very versatile, could wear with jeans as well as dress pants and/or dress/skirt. They seem comfortable at first, however your feet will be in pain after about an hour of wearing them. They have a narrow toe box and seem too long in the heel area. Your foot comes out as you walk, like in a flip flop. If you go down a size, then the toe area is too tight. I’m able to wear them for a full day, but I’m in pain, my toes curl up. I’m disappointed in this shoe, I was expecting them to be comfortable, especially due to its name of “gentle souls”.
