These are a perfect little sassy shoe! I am on concrete over 8 hours a day, constantly moving & at times just standing. These shoes are incredibly comfortable & so cute! They fit true to size & I just want them in every color! They slip right on & bam! Let the sassieness begin! All the girls at work think they're super cute. Seriously, my feet have been aching for so long, these are a true blessing! Thank you Kenneth Cole!

If you have problems with your feet this is the crisscross flat you need, If not I would just purchase the Jessica Simpson crisscross flat for a fraction of the cost. However, I have problems with my feet so I LOVE this flat. I require a lot of arch support and cannot wear flat flats so this is perfect. There is so much support in the arch, toe box, foot bed, and heel that it feels like you're walking on clouds. This is a very well made shoe and stylish. It runs true to size and the leather is so soft it shouldn't be too much of a problem if your feet are a bit wide. When I find a good looking shoe that has all the support my feet need I sometimes will purchase two pair because finding a stylish shoe with the this comfort is very challenging. So I love this shoe so much that I will probably purchase a second pair for when I wear out the first.

I try on lots of shoes and rarely can find a pair which fits. I wear a 7, not narrow but medium is usually too wide. Usually my foot slides forward and I get blisters on toes and my heel slips. In search of "walking shoes" which are not an athletic style, I decided to try this Gentle Souls Bay Unique. I carefully read all of the reviews and ordered my normal 7 and and 6.5. The 7 had gaping on the sides but the 6.5 was remarkable. Because of the wider width of the shoe, I needed to go a 1/2 size. I was in shock with the instant comfort. I couldn't get the zipper down in the back but easily put the shoe on without the zipper. I walked around, expecting some irritation, my usual hot spots are my baby toes. No irritation. I tried my custom orthotics but they pushed the sides out of the shoe. Next I tried a foam 3/4 arch support (Spenco)--perfect! For me, the arch in the footbed is not adequate. I have now worn them in the house (it's winter), 2 full days, all day. I thought the ankle elastic would be annoying, but I can't feel it at all. The elastic holds my foot in place and doesn't allow any slippage in the heel (I have a narrow heel). When I took my shoes off at the end of the day, I noticed one red spot (where a bunion would be if I had one) but it didn't hurt. I chose the black leather and although think the black suede would be beautiful, I am concerned it wouldn't be practical for my trip to Europe. I like the back of the heel because it comes up high and I cannot feel the zipper at all. The toe box is extremely wide but so far, that is not a problem for me. The shoe is 100% flat which seems contrary to a support walking shoe. I have not worn the shoes on a serious walk yet and keeping my fingers crossed they will pass the test. I thought it would take me months to find a travel shoe, but I am very confident this is the one.

After all the great reviews I was rather shocked with these. Like another reviewer said they gap on the sides really badly when you walk. I hate that look so I can't get much past it. I did what one person said by choosing the smaller of the two sizes I wear, but that did not help.

I am extremely particular about shoes in that comfort is a primary concern. These are not only comfy but adorable as well. I love them and wish I had them in other colors!!!

In most every shoe I wear a size 9, but in Gentle Souls 8.5 is perfect. This shoe is unbelievably comfortable, cute and just makes me smile.
