Nordstrom great shopping experience is gone
The Hugo Boss trousers are adequate. Even on sale, a bit over priced and with $52.00 in alterations, that was too much for a simple hem and taking in the waist about half an inch. When the alterations were completed I picked them up on the third floor. Men’s is on the first floor. Noticing the trousers were not pressed well, I asked if they could be repressed. I was told to go back to the first floor. I walked out with my purchase that I’m not that happy with, never to return.
