Terrible customer service

I ordered these and another pair of shoes. They are over a week past the delivery date. When I spoke with a live agent in the chat she refused to send replacement shoes and when I questioned why, ended the chat. This is terrible customer service especially for Nordstrom that prides itself on it's top notch customer service. Absolutely ridiculous!

I bought these last year

I bought these last year in black and love them! When I saw them in brown it was a no brainer. The brown run large. I wear 8 1/2. Exchanged for an 8 which is a perfect fit. BTW the exchange was a very easy process.
