Uncomfortable.
I ordered these in my usual size and they just felt uncomfortable in the toe box. Not necessarily too short or too narrow, but the position of the firmer suede parts were uncomfortable. I ended up returning them. I ended up buying similar shoes from a different brand.

New Balance Online Sizing Experience
I recently ordered a pair of New Balance shoes online and unfortunately had to return them due to sizing issues. I ordered one size up from my normal size, but they still didn’t fit — I would have needed to go up at least another size again.
I find New Balance sizing extremely difficult to get right when ordering online. What would normally be a size 42 for me seems to correspond more to a size 45 in their range. Even when using AU/UK sizing, I consistently have to go up about two sizes compared to brands like Nike, ASICS, and Birkenstock.
Living in a rural area means online shopping is my main option, so inconsistent sizing makes it frustrating and inconvenient. I’d really appreciate clearer sizing guidance or better consistency across their ranges.
