Nordstroms Shipper
Never received the shoes after waiting 10 days, package was lost by ontrac. Nordstrom couldn’t offer a different type of shipper service and couldn’t expedite it either. This review is more so regarding Nordstrom’s customer service and their use of ontrac shipping service. Be aware, you might never receive your shoes and not be offered a solution, only a refund after contacting customer service 3 times. Save yourself the stress and use ssense or revolve for 2 day shipping, discounted prices and above and beyond customer service.
