It kills me how hard retailers go on customers who trying to return something. They want the tags, trees, packaging and wrapping. There better not be a dog hair or a speck of dust on them or they'll claim that you wore them and not refund your money. So how can you actually send me a pair of shoes that were used by someone else, if you follow all of these hard-core rules on your returns.
