Inconsistent
Bought this once; perfect balance between beautiful and comfortable. I lost that one on vacation. Ordered a second / replacement and was surprised at how different the tension was on the closure… way too tight! Tried wearing on slimmest part of upper ear, and still pinched so badly it turned my entire ear red after an hour. Debating ordering a third, but most likely will try another brand :(
