Gemma II Mule

I live in Vionic shoes and am disappointed with the new version of the Gemma slipper. While the arch support is there, the velcro to adjust on top of slipper is not as close to ankle. Therefore, the slipper does not stay on foot securely as the previous version (which was awesome) did. Also, not too happy with the shearling on outside as sure it would be a dust and dander magnet. Sadly, they went back and will have to make the most of my old worn pair until I try some other brands. This style did not work for me. Wish they still had the original.

I had the Gemma slippers which I loved and lived in they were so comfortable. I bought this pair and they are so tight around my toes, my toes hurt so bad they feel like they are bruised.I hope I can get my money back. I wish Vionic would go back to the old version they were the best and I told so many people about them. I hope to find a new brand that were as great as the Gemma. can’t believe they changed the slipper these are uglier also

Not the same as the original Gemma slippers that I wore out. They don’t stay on as well without the slight rise at the back of the heel, and I preferred the old fabric. That said, I am keeping them because you just can’t get the really strong arch support anywhere else. (I also think that given the price, they should make them in half sizes.)

I've been wearing the original Gemma slippers for 8 years! I've purchased multiple pairs just to hoard and my last pair is finally at its last leg, so I decided to give these a try. Trust me when I say it is NOT the same. These feel hard and the placement of the arch feels like it's not in the right place. They actually hurt my feet and I can't walk too long in them. I'm so disappointed that you discontinued the BEST slippers ever! I have flat feet, plantar fasciitis and hip pain and the original Gemmas were the only slippers that made my feet feel comfortable. I've even scoured the internet to look for them with no luck. PLEASE listen to all of your loyal customers and bring back the old Gemmas!! I am holding on to my last pair of Gemmas for dear life right now and I need new ones desperately!

This slipper is the most comfortable I have found. I have trouble with arch pain and I have found that these slippers have excellent arch support!

Dear Vionic team, are you guys even reading ALL these reviews of former loyal customers who are desperately pleading with you guys to bring back the original Gemma slipper?! These are garbage in comparison, so many of us have explained how the old slippers helped with various foot conditions and back pain… yet you guys seem to be turning a blind eye. I am no longer a loyal Vionic customer, you guys are losing many of us due to discontinuing Gemma. If you ever bring her back I’d scoop up 10 pairs immediately, that’s how seriously desperate I am to have the comfort I once knew but until then I won’t spend another penny with Vionic.
