stiff and uncomfortable

How about the box?
I keep ordering shoes from Nordstrom’s and every time they send me my shoe the boxes are destroyed. They put them in a plastic bag versus Nordstrom rack, they sent them to me in the box well shipped now they know how to ship a shoe Nordstrom supposed to be a high-end store but but your merchants like trash

39 is an 8, etc
I’m a consistent size 8 (or 8 narrow) in length and am usually a 38 but sometimes 39 depending on the shoe/brand. The 38s feel a size too short. The 39s feel right. The width feels medium
