Love the bag hated the packaging!
I have this bag in the tan color and love it so much that I decided to order the black. I waited patiently for the bag to be delivered as it took some time however I was disappointed when it arrived. There was no dust bag, the strap was missing, it had smudge marks on it and it was just tossed in a plastic bag inside of a box. I was very upset with the careless way this bag was packaged. I immediately returned to the store and explained to the manager my disappointment. He was very nonchalant about it and stated “oh well someone will be happy to have it at Nordstrom Rack”. I was appalled as I had never had such horrible customer service at Nordstrom in all the years of shopping there. I’ll think twice when and if ordering online again.

beautiful bag, nice leather, great shape
Honestly I’m very impressed by this bag. It’s structural and unique; I really like it as a small bag for the hand. It looks expensive! But what i wanted it for was as a cross body and it'a just thick and awkward that way. What a bummer, because i really like it but cant justify another clutch.
