Ridiculous sizing and cut
I was really excited to receive this coat because it was exactly what I was looking for, but when it arrived, just no. First, there is aggressive top stitching that does not show in the photo, so that was a surprise and not a look I enjoy. I may have been willing to overlook it if it was a good fit (and it was a petite, so I had high hopes). Nope, arms were still too long. I have pretty normal proportions for a petite, so this didn't make sense, but it was SO TIGHT in the shoulders, yet very wide and unflattering in the body. There was no way I could layer anything underneath it and it had these weird bulky shoulder pads that were all scrunchy and stuck out. Definitely returning.
