Fuse Elite Hybrid Vest

I was really disappointed when I received this item. The title seemed to suggested it was more than a “vest” due to the use of the word hybrid. Every picture on the website was also misleading as each one showed the vest body being white with blue sleeve. After receiving the item I read the reviews and noted a similar post 12 months earlier raising the same issues which you acknowledged and undertook to correct. This does not seem to have been the case leading to another dissatisfied customer.
