Funky Empire Spike Dopp Leather Top Handle Pouch

This bag is a stunner! Perfect size for a small handbag, yet it fits so much! Super soft buttery leather exterior; zipper is smooth and sturdy. The only thing that I somewhat wish was that the red interior was also leather, but I do understand that it wouldn’t be moldable and easy to get into if it was. The inside material, however, has more of a sturdy, waterproof kind of feel to it. Material that won’t snag easily and looks easier to wipe off anything that may spill. Mine did come with a CL duster bag, unlike another review on here. I, too, have ordered things in the past where something was missing or didn’t come in the box the item was supposed to, like ordering from the actual brand’s website, or I have received an item that has been returned before, but what do you expect? Just like you buy something, you may return it too, and someone else is going to buy it after. It is what it is with Nordstrom having such a great return policy. If you don’t like that you purchased a returned item, go buy from the actual brand’s website and have fun returning that item when you realize you may not like it or it didn’t fit correctly. Back to the bag: I've never ordered an expensive bag before, and I probably never will again, but this one is worth every penny! Love it so much!

I’m so disappointed in the way this item was shipped. Once I picked up my purchase and opened the shipping box there was the my EXPENSIVE bag. No box, no wrapping paper, no dusk bag. I could not believe it. I reached out to customer service via email and was informed they would send me a NORDSTROM dusk bag instead of the Christian Louboutin dusk bag that should have been sent with the purse. Unacceptable and unbelievable. Im waiting on a response from another supervisor.
