'Patty' Leather Riding Bootie

These booties are just beautiful. I got them in Redwood and can't wait for it to be fall so I can wear them all the time. The brown/red color is divine and I honestly just stare at these babies sometimes. They are totally versatile and comfortable. Great height and just look and feel luxurious. Keep in mind that they are leather, so they won't stay in perfect condition and that is okay, gives the shoe some pizzazz. **Size down**I originally got an 8.5 as the website says they run true to size. This is false. When I got the booties, they were definitely a half size too big. When I was returning them, the SA told me that almost everyone who returned them was exchanging them for a half size to a full size smaller. The 8's fit perfectly though.

Great leather, great heel height, comfortably padded on the inside. I got the redwood and it's a bit darker than the photo - I don't mind.

These are great boots, very comfortable. Look great with skinny jeans or bootcut. True to size. I am very happy with my purchase, worth every penny!!

First off, the ladies who helped me at Nordstrom's were excellent. The boot in my size was not available anywhere near where I lived as a matter of fact there were only two left in my size throughout the entire US. These ladies didn't let that deter them from giving excellent customer service and called each store until they located the boot in my size. One of the ladies told me how to treat the boot as she said it was one of her favorites and she gave me advise on how to break in "the Patty". I followed her instructions and this boot is truly the most comfortable and classically beautiful. I know this will be my go to boot for a long long time.

LOVE these booties, well worth the investment. Great for work or going out. Couple things to note: *The redwood is not too red. It has a beautiful deep warm brownish red tone to it. *I ordered a 1/2 size down and they were perfect. I do have wide feet though. Usually I order a 10 in boots, and 9 1/2 was great. Also they make my feet look small, which is hard to come by! *They are built to put more weight on your heel than the ball of your foot, making them super comfortable. Your foot doesn't slide forward. *And finally, even though they are quite a bit higher than the ankle, they stretch based on their construction, but don't stretch the leather. Meaning they don't squeeze or put pressure on your ankle, but never feel like they will fall off.

I really like these boots. The color and style are beautiful. They run true to size and are comfortable. I'm a flats kind of gal, so these are a little high for me but they're actually really comfy for their height. I have tiny ankles so most booties look silly on me- my ankles swim in them. Not so with these- the shaft is a bit taller than the typical bootie so they're really flattering.
