Melissa Leather Crossbody Bag

I like the handbag and the simple concept, but the leather is very susceptible to scratches. So sad. It would be better if the texture of the leather is a lot of more forgiving. If I carry a box next to the bag, it could scratched. Just the rubbing of the box against the bag can create scratches. I also think they should have more credit card pockets. There are only 6 card pockets, shockingly. The average woman has at least 15 cards--membership cards, credit cards, AAA card, health insurance cards, etc. And the credit card pockets would have been better if it at least has some leather trimmings around the card pockets. This would make it stiffer so you can slip the cards in easier instead of it being all fabric and snug. I like that the middle of the bag is wide enough to fit in a big smart phone comfortably. There isn't a compartment where you could put your bills in without having to fold them. I would prefer this over having to fold my money. This bag does feature a large zipped compartment (but it isn't long enough to fit in a regular sized bill without having to fold it).
