My go to boot!
I have owned over a dozen pair of Frye boots/shoes and these are my favorite hands down! They fit right out of the box, no stretching needed. The leather starts out a bit stiff but softens somewhat over time. The material the soles and heels are made of create the most comfortable cushion to walk on. I can be on my feet all day with these no problem. The only thing more comfortable are maybe my slippers and tennis shoes, which don't work well in bad or cold weather! This is the second pair of this style I've owned. The toe box is roomy so no pinching at all! And they are made in the good ol US of A! One more reason to buy them!

International buyers beware
Great boot but not worth expense and stress of buying from overseas - import/local taxes are high and largely non-refundable + no free returns for international buyers so if you get the wrong size or just want to return you'll be left out of pocket in a big way. Frye know all this too and don't care so if you don't have money to burn best avoid these.

Good boot choice
I really like this boot. They ran a little big so I had to go down a size. Also, the boot shaft is loose so it's a different feel than most boots. It takes a little getting used to but I love them. Beautiful craftsmanship and quality that you come to expect from Frye.

Almost Perfect
I ordered a 7.5, which normally I can wear an 8 but they didn't have an 8. When I tried them on in person, there was too much room in the front of the toes and the top calf part was WAY too big around on my ankles/calves! That look was not attractive so unfortunately, I have to return them.

Frye Boot Lover
I have many pair of Frye boots. Was happy when I saw this style at an old discounted price before a price increase. Ordered a size 7 in black & the fit is perfect. No break in time required. American made craftsmanship is noticeable compared with other styles that are made in Mexico. Excited to add these to my collection.

Hard To Get On/Off But SOOOOO Cute.
These boots are adorable and the perfect shaft height for a petite girl like me! I sized down to a 7 based on the other reviews, although I normally wear a 7 1/2 in Frye. I'm glad I did even though they are a bit more narrow in the toe. They would have been way too big otherwise. However...as other reviews state, these boots are indeed hard to get on and even harder to get off. It's the only reason I knocked off a star. Otherwise, they're perfection.
