Disappointed
I have a pair of Frye boots that I have had for years and I LOVE them! They are bomb proof, stood the test of time and then some. So, when it came time to grab a pair of Chelsea Boots I naturally wanted to stick with Frye. I received my first pair in the mail and they looked awesome but didn't fit. (I'm normally 9.5 and but needed a 8.5 with a hiking sock for these boots).
So, sizing was off, no big deal. When I received the pair that fits, had them for 2 days and the pull tab ripped off. Another week and the elastic in the sides of the boots started to come undone. About a month in the trends on the bottom started to come off the finally this past weekend a heal feel off after owning these for about 6 months. SUPER annoying. The boots look super sharp and holding them the quality seems really well done, but after owning them for a bit they really feel apart quickly. I do not rock these every day as I have other boots and shoes as well and these are also not seeing a lot of abuse as they mostly go to the office.
Never written a review of anything never mind a negative review. Sorry to put this out there but also wanted to give you all a heads up. Not what I expected and I am pretty bummed about how they turned out.

Good fitting but Bad smelling
The Size and Widths fits good.
I have six other pairs of frye Boots, two pair of Sneaker and one pair shoes from frye. All are perfect.
This boot has unfortunately a absolut bad smell of chemical or cheap colour. The Boots are on fresh air singe getting them on 16th of december. And they still smell Bad.
Please please change this Kind of production, otherwise i can Not buy Frye again…

Amazing.
Arrive well and beautiful. Only caveat, is the sizing. I have a wide foot, and I got a 9. It’s snug but if I go up a half the toe part will be too much. But I’m more than content regardless.

Not quite...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On a positive note, the leather was great quality and the order arrived pretty quick. It hurts me to say the "Frye" name didn't live up to the hype. Despite inner boot markings showing the same size, I found the left boot thinner in width than the right. Different widths is not an option in these boots. The left squeezed my foot and the right had my foot floating. I measured about a 1/4in difference in width. I've been looking for a quality brand to stick with, but unfortunately I can't say this is it. Probably bad luck, but Just my experience. The search continues.

They fit really well and
They fit really well and are not narrow in a way that will hurt my feet. Only time will tell as to their durability, but the seem very well made and are quite fine looking.
