[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on a whim. I was purchasing the matching lavender color pans before they sold out, as the color is being discontinued. I saw this and it was on sale so figured I’d try it. It is a nice weight and fits the perfect pan and perfect pot. I have used it a couple of times when sautéing or frying food. I’m able to drain finished pieces a bit before moving them to plates. I don’t think it’s a “must have” bit is a nice bonus feature.

Perfect fry deck

Perfect accessory!

Perfect Fry Deck
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it fits on the pan, and I don't have to dirty another dish. Leave the browned meat on the fry deck until you want to combine it with the other ingredients.
