Details & care

What it is: A cooling gel primer that controls oil for up to eight hours and delivers a blurred velvet-matte finish, presented in holiday-exclusive packaging.

What it does: This gel primer appears blue in its tube but applies clear and melts into skin with a lightweight feel. The water-releasing powders in the formula burst upon contact, waking up your skin and senses with a refreshing splash of coolness. It offers up to eight hours of moisturization and oil control.

How to use: Place a pea-sized amount of product onto fingertips. Smooth evenly all over the face or to the desired areas after moisturizer (right before foundation) with fingertips.
